G-Star RAW 2013-2014 Fall Winter Mens Runway Collection
Here’s the G-Star RAW 2013-2014 Fall Winter Mens Runway Collection from Bread and Butter Berlin on the 1st quarter of the year. For this upcoming season, inspired by Toile de Chine, a unique double dyed blue hue comes about through the RAW Mazarine for the RAW Essentials line. Authentic Japanese selvedge denim with destroyed finishes are also included. Complementary colors are combined with Gingerbread brown, Syrah violet, Mustard Seed yellow and army green. The looks show an exploration of volumes such as skinny and oversized. Mix & match of silhouettes and fabric layering are also key factors. Different shades of intense dark indigo with the Type C 3D denim gets its inspiration from 1940s US servicemen. The oversized bowleg silhouette, tapered fit, worn in knee sections, loose top block and low crotch are key designs for this. The Upcycle denim converts old or discarded materials into functional products. This is evident through the Arc 3D slim and 3301 Low Tapered. Trendy denim highlights feature utilitarian waistcoat gilets or vests, intense indigo nautical pea coats or jackets and hardworking one piece salopette overalls. Add some military steampunk vibe and futuristic Bohemian appeal with bug eye goggles, textured fur overcoats, cool leather glove gauntlets, army boots, over the shoulder pouch and medals. From the presentation, we select the top looks and our favorite pieces.
