Denim & Jeanswear 2014 Summer Mens Runways São Paulo FW
Set your trendsetting ways through the 2014 Spring Summer runways on menswear. We have scoured and selected for you the various denim apparel and jeanswear pieces featured on the São Paulo Fashion Week Brazilian catwalks. Amapô had a couple of cool pieces. The retro tie-dye effect was in full blast through the slim printed jeans and one piece body jumpsuit. Stripes and geometric shapes complemented well on these. João Pimenta, on the other hand, showed a more corporate attire with minimalistic and clean slate indigo denim. Dressier pieces included a multi-panel pinstripe suit – pants combo, a skinny pair of trousers and a slim waistcoat vest. Don on that tattoo inked top if you can get away with it. On the marauder side of things, Lino Villaventura presented a Bane-like head mask mixing intricate prints, deep saturated colors, metallic maze graphic patterns and sheer translucent fabrics on the catwalk. Jeanswear pieces focused on tapered fits with side seam ruler like designs and slanted front zippered pockets. Another unique garment was the slim tapered cargo pants with front slit on the bottom hem. Finally, Triton opted for light washed sun faded and bleached jeanswear with paint cracked stains. A beachcomber and adventurer look combined double breasted sleeveless vests, H-shape suspenders, filmy print patterns, bucket hats, translucent rain jackets and gladiator strapped sandals. (1) Amapô
