Maison Martin Margiela and H&M showcase their 2012-2013 Fall Winter Womens Lookbook. The collaboration between H&M and Maison Martin Margiela is a re-edition of 25 years of garments by Maison Martin Margiela with updated shapes and materials. For womenswear, shape and volume comes into mind with masculine silhouettes to frame the female’s body. Oversized fits also plays around in outerwear, trousers and knits. Traditional tailoring and the a forced perspective (trompe l’oeil) adds character to the designs. Finally, a sense of transformation occurs as materials are fused together. Enjoy.
